Finding them
One set in the Overworld, one in the Nether, one in the End. Each ball hides inside a structure and floats there, slowly spinning; hit it to pick it up.
- Overworld balls sit in rooms, on roofs and in streets of villages, towers, ruins and dungeons. Nether and End balls sit in guarded places full of mobs. The End set sleeps until the End opens.
Radars
Each set has its own radar at the Dragon Balls station at spawn: Dragon Radar 1000, Nether Radar 5000, End Radar 20000.
- It points at the nearest awake ball of its set, even one someone's carrying.
- Its dot moves in as you get closer (Far, Getting warm, Close, Right here), and sneak + right-click switches it to the next ball.
Carrying them
- Carrying balls slows you down, and they can't go in any container.
- Die and they drop where you fell, never into your grave. Log off and they drop where you stood.
- A ball never leaves its own world: go through a portal, /home or /spawn and it stays behind.
Making a wish
- Place all 7 of one set within 2 blocks of each other, then hold that set's radar and right-click or hit one to choose your dragon.
- Shenron grants one great wish, Porunga grants three, each about half as strong. From the Nether set Shenron rises as Nuova Shenron, and deeper sets grant bigger wishes. The radar shatters when the dragon appears.
- Type your wish in chat and the dragon answers. Ask for too much and it may demand a curse before granting it.
- After a wish the set flies off and lands somewhere else in its own world. Its balls turn to stone, findable but invisible to the radar and unable to summon, for 3 Minecraft days.
Java and Bedrock
Java players need the server resource pack, which shows the round balls, the radars and the dragons' looks. Bedrock players see balls as heads, a normal compass and a normal Ender Dragon.
